Stayed in the cheapest, $59, best Motel in my mind with the best view. My co-pilot tolerated it but preferred the one in Kamloops. We started early to a clear and cold trip through Manning Park. We stopped at the Manning Park Resort for hot tea and food. From there we headed home via Fort Langley so my co-pilot could again buy pretty things, her Ed Hardy boots that she had waiting for her. They barely fit on the bike but we made them (didn’t’ have a choice I don’t think). No thanks to me we got lost and missed the ferry and almost got pushed off the road by a truck on an overpass…all in a good days riding and we lived to tell the tail. Home by 8 and slept like logs. All in all a great trip and both the bike and riders did excellent. I do believe I fell a bit more in love with her this trip, she helped me live a dream.
